Guided Tour of Cavalls del Vent in 4 stages

This season, the available dates with a guide are:

– From 24 to 28 June.
– From 9 to 13 September.

Stage 0: Refugio de Gresolet
Llegada por cuenta propia al Refugio de Gresolet. Meeting with the guide and the rest of the group, and route briefing.

Stage 1: Gresolet / Sant Jordi (6 h.)
Breakfast. This stage will take us to the Sant Jordi refuge passing through the Gresolet beech forest, Sant Martí del Puig, Cal Cerdanyola and Empedrats. Arrival at the mountain hut, dinner and accommodation.

Stage 2: Sant Jordi / Niu de l'Àliga mountain hut (7 h.)
After breakfast, we will leave towards Ca l'Escriu, walking among beeches and pines to Gréixer. Therefrom, we will start the ascent towards the Millarés house, and finally arrive to the Rebost mountain hut. We will make a stop and continue our ascent to the Niu de l'Àliga refuge, where we'll enjoy breathtaking views.. Dinner and accommodation.

Stage 3: Niu de l'Àliga mountain hut / Cortals de l'Ingla mountain hut (6 h.)
Breakfast. Departure towards Penyes Altes (2.279 m) and, then, we will go down to the Moixeró. We will be facing quite a descent among mountain pines and silver firs until we reach Serrat de les Esposes. Technical stop and we'll go on towards the refuge of Cortals de l'Ingla. Dinner and accommodation.

Stage 4: Cortals de l'Ingla mountain hut / Gresolet (7 h.)
Breakfast. We will be leaving early in order to face this last stage, which will take us through wonderful hideouts and that will show us a spectacular landscape at the end. We will pass through Prat de les Estelles, Vimboca and Pas dels Bous (2.253 m) and finally arrive to the Prat d'Aguiló mountain refuge.
Continuaremos por el Pas dels Gosolans y nos espera la última bajada hasta el refugio Gresolet.
End of the journey.
